DESCRIPTION OF PURCHASE:
The District advertised and held a mandatory, pre-proposal conference to solicit firms to submit
proposals to enter into an annual agreement to provide inspection, maintenance, and servicing of
wastewater treatment plants and lift stations at four (4) locations and the testing of backflow preventers
throughout the District. The proposal was evaluated and ranked according to the company profile and
pricing criteria. An agreement will be awarded for a period of one (1) year with the right to terminate or
to renew the contracts for four (4) other successive one (1) year periods by mutual written consent
between the District and awardee.
Effective Dates: July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025
